Welsh Dry Gin

A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.


Step One

Drop the gin, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and the mint leaves into your shaker then get your arms moving. 

Step two

Fine strain it into a posh martini glass that’s been chilled. 

Step three

Hold the ice. Garnish with one slapped mint leaf.
