• 10ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin
  • 10ml orange scrum squeezed oranges (A crushed satsuma’s worth)
  • 10ml lemon Half a lemon chopped in half
  • 5ml sugar
  • Plain lemonade for topping up

Welsh Dry Gin

A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.


Step One

Mix the gin, orange, and lemon juice in a flute or rock glass and top with chilled bubbly lemonade.
