- 10ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin
- 10ml orange scrum squeezed oranges (A crushed satsuma’s worth)
- 10ml lemon Half a lemon chopped in half
- 5ml sugar
- Plain lemonade for topping up

Instructions
Step One
Mix the gin, orange, and lemon juice in a flute or rock glass and top with chilled bubbly lemonade.
