Ingredients
- 75ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin
- Grapefruit (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 100ML grapefruit juice
- Fever-Tree Premium Lemonade to top up

Welsh Dry Gin
A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.
Instructions
Step One
Stand upright slices of grapefruit in a glass and add some ice cubes.
Step two
Pour gin and lemon and grapefruit juice, stir, and add lemonade.
