How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are:
Free over £28 (Purchase of any 50cl bottle)
Standard Delivery – £4.95
Next day order by 3pm Mon to Fri – £7.95 (not available at the moment)
How quickly will my order arrive?
Your parcel should take three working days to arrive. If you would like an express service, please select this before checking out. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and you will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched from Spirit of Wales Distillery in Newport, South Wales.
How can I track the status of my order?
If you would like to track your order, please check the tracking tool provided by Royal Mail.
I have Special Delivery instructions. What should I do?
If you are unable to sign for your order, please leave a detailed description of your request in the dispatch details during your order so our courier can deliver safely to you. For example, “Leave on the porch” or “Leave behind the plant to the left of the door.”
We can also give your favourite person a personalised message you can fill in when placing an order.

How carefully is my order packaged?
We packed your Spirit of Wales Distillery product with care before it leaves the distillery to ensure that there are no breakages or issues. Sometimes we even throw in a surprise gift for you, too. If you have an issue with your parcel, please take a couple of photographs and send us an email.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry if this has happened to you. Please send a photograph and description of the damages along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
Where do I collect my order from?
If you are in the area, you can order your Spirit of Wales products online and collect them at our distillery.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will let you know via your preferred communication channel.
What if my order does not arrive in time?
We do our best to get you your drinks in time. However, from time to time we may have to navigate postal strikes. If we cannot send your package with Royal Mail, we partner with courier services that can carry alcohol with higher ABV percentages.
Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, we do not cancel orders once they have left the distillery. If your parcel arrives late, we will refund you once you have sent the package back to the distillery. If we send out the incorrect order, we will send a postage label for you to return the wrong order, which will be placed in your new package.
