Guided Distillery Tour
The Spirit of Wales Distillery guided tour and drink in Newport.
During the tour, you will discover our speakeasy-inspired bar and visitor’s area. Reimagined from the perspective of the coal and steelworkers of times past, who spent their holidays in Pembrokeshire for Miner’s Fortnight.
The Spirit of Wales Distillery guided tour includes a tour of our bar area, distillery area, and finishing area before we go back to the bar for a drink of your choice.
The tours are available at the following times:
Wednesday: 14:00 and 16:00
Thursday: 14:00, 16:00 and 19:00

Distillery Tasting Events
The Spirit of Wales Distillery LIVE tasting event
Let’s have some Welsh fun at our LIVE tasting event where you get to try our premium Welsh spirits, which are inspired by the passion of the Welsh.
Our distillery tasting events take place on selected Friday evenings from 7 pm to 9 pm. Join us from the comfort of your home or live from the Spirit of Wales Distillery in Newport, South Wales.
Invite your friends and family around the UK to join or have some fun with us from home for the perfect date night. Book your ticket to join us live from the distillery before spaces are all gone. If you are joining us virtually, we will send over a tasting kit before the event.

Spirit of Wales LIVE Tasting Event
Join us for a Spirit of Wales Distillery Tasting evening on select Friday evenings. These evenings include a selection of our spirits paired with Fever-Tree Mixers and Tonics alongside our botanicals, a range of handcrafted chocolates, and Jones Crisps.
Make Your Own Welsh Spirits
Make your own gin or rum at the Spirit of Wales Distillery
We have space for a group of 20 people to create their signature Spirit of Wales Distillery Release Gin or Rum at our distillery in Newport. Best of all! If friends and families enjoy your special spirit, we will keep all the recipes on file and can reproduce them for you to enjoy again in the future.
An immersive experience for families (aged 18+), friends, and teams to create a unique premium gin or rum invention using our beautiful individual pot stills.
The Make your Own Experience is available at the following times:

Friday – 19:00 (except when we have the LIVE tasting events)
