Ingredients
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 15ml Spirit of Wales syrup
- 50ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin
- Crushed ice
- 30ml ginger beer
- Lime wedge, to garnish
Welsh Dry Gin
A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.
Instructions
Step One
Load cocktail shaker with ice, add syrup and 1 sprig mint, add our gin, and shake for 30 seconds.
Step two
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with mint and lime.
