Welsh Dry Gin
A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark and orris root on the palette.
Add your Steeltown Welsh Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and a dash of elderflower cordial to a shaker.
Once ready, strain the mixture over a couple of blocks of rock ice and then top up with soda water. Decorate with a sprig of your favourite herb and a slice of lemon.
If you’re feeling like a true vagabond, then top with sparkling wine to elevate it into an Elderflower Royale, but the soda version is just as good.
