• 50ml Steeltown Welsh Vodka
  • ½ squeezed juice from lemon (25ml)
  • 25ml Spirit of Wales simple syrup
  • 5 Fresh Raspberries
  • Prosecco


Steeltown Vodka is a contemporary blend that combines complex cereal notes, fresh bread aromas, backed by delicate citrus-like freshness and pepper notes.

Raspberry Cosmopolitan made with the Spirit of Wales Distillery Release Welsh Vodka.


Step One

Muddle 4 – 6 raspberries in a cocktail shaker with the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. 

Step two

Add ice to the shaker and give it a shake until chilled and condensation appears on the outside. 

Step three

Double strain in a wide mouth glass with 3-4 ice cubes and top up with prosecco and garnish with raspberries on a cocktail stick.
