- 50ml Dragon’s Breath Spiced Rum
- 1 mint sprig
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 wedges lime
- 25ml Spirit of Wales sugar syrup (see our blog how to make your own)
- Soda water
The Spiced Rum of Wales
The Forged Gin of Wales. A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark, and orris root on the palette.
Press the mint into the palms of your hands to release the aroma and put to bottom of a tall frozen glass.
Slice the lime and place on top of the mint, add simple syrup and mix.
Fill glass ¾ with crushed ice (crushed rather than cubes help bring out the flavour).
