- 50ml Dragon’s Breath Spiced Rum
- 25ml Steeltown Welsh Dry Gin
- ½ lime juiced
- 2 Dashes Spirit of Wales Aromatic bitters
- Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola to finish
The Spiced Rum of Wales
The Forged Gin of Wales. A contemporary dry gin with sweet characteristics, with tastes of juniper, cassia bark, and orris root on the palette.
A simple way to build this drink is in your Collins glass. We have used a cocktail glass because we were feeling rather fancy.
Simply add ice to your glass, layer with rum, gin, lime juice and bitters. Top off with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola, give it a stir and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
