Instructions
Step One
To make your Welsh Espresso Martini, start by brewing your coffee or espresso and allow it to cool completely. (we love the local flavour of Coaltown coffee from Ammanford).
Step two
Place the 50ml Spirit of Wales Steeltown Welsh Vodka, 25ml cold espresso, and pinch of salt into a cocktail shaker together with ice. Give it a good shake to activate the foam on your Espresso Martini.
Step three
Strain into a chilled martini glass and add 3 coffee beans or cocoa powder to garnish in the foam. Sit back and enjoy your coffee flavoured martini.
