Step One

To make your Welsh Espresso Martini, start by brewing your strong coffee or espresso and allow it to cool completely. To make a great espresso martini – it’s best to use strong and flavourful coffee (we love the local flavour of Scout Coffee Roasters also from Newport, South Wales).

Step two

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add your chilled espresso, smooth and crisp Steeltown Welsh Vodka, coffee liqueur and simple syrup. Give your mix a vigorous shake for about 15 seconds to activate the foam on your Espresso Martini bringing about the textures of the cocktail when sipping.

Step three

Strain the delicious mixture to the top of a chilled martini glass and add 3 coffee beans or cocoa powder to garnish the foam. Sit back and enjoy your freshly brewed martini. The drink of sophistication and style combined with the rich and crisp flavours of the Welsh landscapes.
