Some of our cocktails call us to use crushed ice, if you do not have an ice crusher, a children’s Mr. Frosty Machine or blender do the job too. Another way to crush ice is by filling a resealable sandwich bag with water, pop it into the freezer and then crush with a rolling pin. You can also add ice cubes to a clean kitchen towel, wrap it up tightly and give it a couple of whacks against a hard surface, like the floor.
